Alvin Goh is the Executive Director of Singapore Human Resources Institute. He has extensive experience in the various aspects of human capital management and transformation. Alvin brings more than 15 years of global project experience across various sectors, including large local and multinational organizations and government-linked agencies, and has held senior appointments in various capacities. He was a senior consultant with a renowned human consulting firm and has held several key senior positions including Chief of Staff and Chief HR Officer for a regional bank.
