Angie Santa Maria is a coach, facilitator and learning leader based at Gallup’s Singapore office. In her multifaceted role, she uses the CliftonStrengths developmental framework to guide individuals, managers and teams for greater self-awareness, team dynamics and performance. She also trains executives in sales, management, communication and personal/professional development. As a Learning Leader, she mentors new colleagues during onboarding, ensuring they are set up well for their roles.
In addition, Angie delivers Gallup’s data and insights at conferences for
managers and leaders who are seeking updated best practices to create
impact in their respective roles. She also leads webinars and workshops, using valuable workplace and people expertise to ensure the experience supports the journey of transformation for participants. She is intentional about sharing knowledge that leads to improvements and developmental breakthroughs.
Prior to joining Gallup, Angie was a general manager for a renowned media
representative company in Jakarta, Indonesia, then spent 15 years leading
regional sales teams in Singapore for prestigious global media companies in print and cable television brands. In those roles, she acquired rich experiences and expertise in individualized approaches, resulting in positive transformations and advancement.
Angie has a bachelor’s degree in food service administration (now known as hotel and restaurant management) from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and has attended several courses aimed at elevating her practice. She is fluent in English and Filipino, and conversational in Bahasa Indonesia.
