Kanika Singh leads the Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia business development team to help Gallup’s clients meet and exceed their organizational goals. She is a trusted advisor to Gallup clients on workplace management practices and their impact on business performance. She has deep experience in leading Gallup’s consulting team in Singapore and Indonesia, applying Gallup’s strengths and engagement science to support consultants as they work with Gallup clients to solve their business challenges.

Before joining Gallup, Kanika served as a senior consultant with a market research and consulting organisation in Singapore. In this role, she managed business development and delivered meaningful solutions to clients in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea and Japan. Kanika has also lived and worked in India, managing clients and implementation with a renowned software solutions provider.

Kanika received her bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus on computer science from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She received a master’s in business administration with a focus in marketing from the SP Jain School of Global Management in Singapore.
