As an expert in learning and development, Rungrat “Bell” Benjapatanamongkol has led programs in management and leadership development, employee and customer engagement, and strengths-based performance coaching and development. She shares her expertise with Gallup clients, leaders, managers and coaches throughout the Asia-Pacific region to help them maximize individual, executive, team and organizational performance. Bell holds coaching certifications from both the International Coach Federation and Gallup.

In addition to course facilitation and coaching, Bell works with Gallup clients in financial services, manufacturing, technology, telecom, retail, nonprofit and consumer goods industries. She uses performance-orientation conversations, measurements, analysis and research-based consulting to help businesses increase performance and implement enhanced service values and sales cycles.

Before joining Gallup, Bell spent four years in the U.S. working for an international business school — first in recruiting and admissions and later as a global community engagement manager. She represented the school in 20 countries, helping recruit top students and re-engage alumni. Bell has also worked with a global restaurant company as a manager and has served as a buyer and merchandiser for an international retail corporation.

Bell has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Assumption University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
