Soo Phen is passionate about bringing out the best of individuals and teams in organizations. As the director of group people sustainability at AIA Group, she oversees programmes to create and maintain an engaging and inclusive work culture, delivers a wellbeing programme that encourages employees to adopt healthy habits, and bring to life AIA’s employee value proposition. She has been with AIA since 2012 and has taken on various roles in human resources, working closely with senior leaders to enhance individual and team performance.

Before joining AIA, Soo Phen was a management consultant with Accenture, helping clients from revenue, financial services, defence and pharmaceutical sectors manage change during large-scale systems and organizational transformations. She has a background in organizational psychology.
